These Joint Meritorious Unit Commendation (JMUC) pennants are made to meet government specified requirements (G-Spec)and are awarded for valorous or meritorious achievements.
The pennant is powder blue with a horizontal central band divided into seven varying stripes. It is made of all weather nylon, and feature a strong canvas header, sewn, NOT printed stripes. They are finished with rope and a real brass snaphook and d-ring.
